Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group, based in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced Server to deliver attentive, friendly service in a fine dining environment. You will take and enter orders in the POS system, ensure accuracy, and maintain cleanliness while providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include suggestive selling, coordinating with chefs and bartenders, presenting checks, and processing payments. Prior experience in high-end dining and a professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of fine dining server experience.
• Previous POS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them in the POS system.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders to tables.
• Confirm orders with kitchen and bar staff when clarification is needed.
• Use suggestive selling to promote daily specials and add-ons.
• Perform side work and maintain station cleanliness at shift start and end.
• Maintain clean dining areas and equipment; uphold steps of service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare final bill, present check, and process payments.
• Assist fellow servers as needed and help with seating arrangements for larger parties.

Job Summary:A Server provides friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The Front Server must be engaged and provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service where attention to detail is key. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, a server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.Essential Job Functions; include but not limited to:Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS systemEnsure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely mannerConfirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requestedOffer suggestions by using suggestive selling techniques (daily specials, cocktails, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and after dinner beverages)Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.Implement steps of service for guests consistentlyEnsure guests are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to any requestsPrepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges ormake changes (if applicable).Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger partiesOther job tasks assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
