Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to lead our banquet team and ensure flawless execution of events. You will coordinate servers and work closely with event planners and culinary staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to various events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
