Embassy Suites Houston Downtown is seeking a Comp Server to deliver warm, attentive service during hotel events such as evening socials and happy hours. The role focuses on cleanliness, presentation, and creating a relaxed social atmosphere for guests.
Two years of food and beverage experience is preferred along with current Food Handler or ServSafe certification. You will work with kitchen and front desk teams to ensure smooth event coordination while adhering to health and alcohol service
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during complimentary hotel events such as evening socials and happy hours. This position is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards, and providing warm, attentive service to guests in a relaxed social setting.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

One to two years’ experience in food and beverage service or hotel preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and customer service skills as well as food and beverage service knowledge.
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
