Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive, personalized service and create exceptional dining experiences for guests at a luxury property. You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and offer menu recommendations while maintaining knowledge of offerings and daily features.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing attentive, personalized, and professional food and beverage service while creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role welcomes guests, takes and delivers orders, provides menu recommendations, anticipates guest needs, and ensures service is delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Server will maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, daily features, and beverage selections while confidently answering guest questions and accommodating special requests. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean and properly set tables, processing guest checks and payments accurately, following food safety and sanitation standards, and working closely with culinary, bar, and restaurant team members to provide seamless service.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality. Previous restaurant, hotel, or upscale dining experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
