As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee daily bar operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth service delivery. You’ll oversee, guide, and train a team of bartenders and bar staff, maintain inventory, support Food & Beverage (F&B) management initiatives, and uphold brand and company values through consistent service excellence.
Oversee, guide, and train all bar employees including bartenders, barbacks, and beverage servers and report any achievements and/or deficiencies to the Food and Beverage Manager or Director. No discipline or direct management responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree from four‑year college or university preferred; or two years related experience and/or training in a hotel or food service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
