Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests and a key driver for creating exceptional guest experiences. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience including representing the brand, explaining food and beverage offerings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring that all of our guests, not just those in their assigned section, have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
• Proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers that may require assistance
• Have extensive knowledge of the beverages on the menu and mastery of the food menu to guide guests toward choices best for them
• Apply organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
• Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
• Build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele
