Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community, is hiring Servers to join our culinary team. We offer on-the-job training and an entry-level path in healthcare. This part-time role provides evenings and a chance to grow while serving residents, staff, and families.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.

• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Position Type:

Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend and holidays

Available Shifts:

Evenings 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Part-Time)

Wage Range:

$19 - $24.48 /hour depending on experience.

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.
