Herb & Fire is looking for positive, driven, and dependable Team Leaders to provide our guests with an experience they will not forget.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Duties & Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

• Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.


• Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.


• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.


• Provide suggestions to the General Manager as needed to improve overall operations.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of service as well as food and beverage, generally involving at least one year of Fast Casual Restaurant Experience.


• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate the Mobilebytes POS system.


• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and the use of email.


• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.


• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and periodically lift up to 20-25 pounds


• Possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented, professional approach to leadership.
