Job summary

Wesleyan Independent Living in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Server to work PRN or as needed in our Independent Living community. You will prepare dining room setups, greet residents, and serve meals with a focus on friendly, compassionate service.

Experience in a restaurant, healthcare, education, or senior living setting and outstanding customer service are essential. The schedule covers varied shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends, with flexibility to meet resident needs.

• Experience in customer service and serving others in a dining or care setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks, salads, foods, and desserts and set them up as directed.
• Prepare dining room and trays for meals.
• Greet residents and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room and/or rooms, assist with seconds/substitutions.
• General cleaning duties in dining areas and related spaces.
• May assist with proper disposal of trash and other duties as assigned.

We are currently looking for a Server to work PRN or "as needed" within our Independent Living community of The Wesleyan.Experience working as a Server in a restaurant, healthcare, education, or senior living environment along with outstanding customer service and a passion for providing an excellent dining experience will be essential to your success as a Server at The Wesleyan.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Oriented toward serving others and helping customers.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
