Job summary

Blueridge Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced, upscale casual dining environment. You will guide guests through the menu, present beverages, and ensure timely service from greeting to farewell.

You will work with a team of hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and managers, maintain cleanliness, follow standards, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience; upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable dining experiences from greeting through farewell.
