Job summary

The Delaney at The Green is recruiting for a hospitality focused Memory Care Sever to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the memory care neighborhood.

The position is part-time with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour, plus benefits including 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization, taking orders, serving with etiquette, and maintaining dining room presentation

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• High school sophomore year completion required.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and items graciously and courteously.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Memory Care Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
• Experience in working with seniors preferred
