Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in a luxury senior living community. You will provide exceptional service to our residents and guests, creating a warm dining experience every day.

Expect a competitive hourly wage of $20-$24 based on experience, with a predictable schedule and a strong benefits package including retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least sophomore year of high school.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Experience with breakfast service is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Set tables and maintain dining room stations.
• Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
