The Delaney at The Green is seeking a Memory Care Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in a part-time role. You will provide full-scope, hands-on serving support within the memory care neighborhood, delivering friendly, high-quality dining service.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year of high school is required.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order; take orders and provide service courteously; answer questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Salary: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Part-time opportunity opportunity, 4:00-8:00pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Memory Care Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
