Oakmont in Flagstaff is seeking friendly servers to provide attentive and knowledgeable service that enhances the guest experience. You will play a key role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and delivering memorable moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Valid Food Handlers’ certification and Title 4 Basic certification.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently, check in with guests, and anticipate needs.
• Support team members by assisting with seating, bussing tables, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas, including tables, terminals, and refrigeration units.
• Observe guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns.
