Job summary

Flight Club Denver is seeking a Part Time Server to deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, energetic setting. You will ensure accurate orders, maintain knowledge of menus and policies, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include serving guests, handling transactions accurately, and supporting opening/closing procedures while remaining flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift over 50 lbs if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Position Purpose:

Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. • Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Exams

Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:

• Food and Beverage
• All issued training testing throughout employment

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment

Server Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay of $16.27 per hour plus tips
• Ability to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)
• Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)
• Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.
• Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.
