The Monarch Richardson Assisted Living & Memory Care in Richardson, TX is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will deliver warm, attentive table service and help create a home-like dining experience for residents.

Collaborate with culinary and care staff to meet dietary needs, maintain a clean dining area, and serve with patience and respect. Prior dining or senior living experience helps, but eagerness to learn matters most.

Formación

• Provide excellent table service to residents during meal times

• Ensure residents receive meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Work closely with the culinary and care teams to provide outstanding resident experiences
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred, but not required

The Monarch at Richardson, an AgeWell Senior Living managed community, is currently hiring for our beautiful senior living community located in Richardson, TX. Purpose:

Our Dining Room Server performs a variety of functions in the dining room to ensure residents have a pleasant diningexperience.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Similar experience preferable
• The ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Essential Functions:

• Takes resident(s) meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room
• May perform other duties as needed
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
