Job summary

Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring experienced Servers to join our team, delivering warm hospitality and attentive service to guests. We pride ourselves on great food, crafted drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Compensation starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Full-time and part-time opportunities exist; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and dining discounts for you and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training (I-PACT) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Help guests with menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Check in with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Reset tables and complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Weekday AM availability is needed
