Job summary

BeerStyles Taproom & Gastropub is seeking experienced servers to join our team in West Des Moines. We want skilled, gracious professionals able to support weddings and corporate events while delivering outstanding hospitality.

As part of our service team, you will work together to take orders, handle payments, and serve guests with accuracy and enthusiasm. Night, day, weekend shifts, and holiday coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa Food Handler Certificate required.
• Current Iowa Responsible Beverage Server Certificate or TiPS Certificate required.
• Serving experience – minimum 3 years required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Knowledge of wine, beer and liquor options as well as menu items and specials.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele.
• Handle credit card transactions, ensuring that charges are accurate by end of shift.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
• Enter orders accurately into POS system.
• Complete shift paperwork.
• Clean stations, restock and inventory and bus as needed.
• Other duties as requested.

Experienced Servers needed.

Join the team at BeerStyles Taproom & Gastropub. We are looking for skilled, gracious servers available Monday through Sunday to provide excellent hospitality to guests and special event groups including weddings and corporate meetings.

Servers must be able to work as a team, have a positive attitude and accurately execute all food and beverage orders. The staff will be required to have knowledge of wine, beer and liquor options as well as all menu items and specials.

Night shift, Day shift, Weekend availability, Holidays
