Job summary

Cardinal Bay, serving the Conroe community, is seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Servers for Carriage Inn Conroe to provide a fine dining experience to residents. Shifts include early mornings, midweek through weekend, with PRN coverage and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a clean dining room while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Must obtain a state food handler資格 within 60 days and pass background checks. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be or become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to speak, read & write English.
• Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining room is clean and set up to standards for all meals.
• Greet residents and guests and seat them.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and check food quality.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest requests and interact to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Assist in cleaning and setting up serving area per standards.
• Ensure resident safety by removing walkers and returning them after meals.
• Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.

Shifts:

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:00p.m.
• Wednesday - Sunday
• PRN as needed
• Holiday shifts included.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the dining room is clean and is set up to company standards for all meals and functions, and that it is kept clean.
• Ensure all residents and guests are greeted with a smile and that each resident has a place to sit.
• Take food orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner.
• Ensures accurate fulfillment of orders and checks food quality/presentation.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest requests. Interact with guests in the dining room to ensure their satisfaction.
• Assists setting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of waste materials, and restocking inventory.
• Assist in cleaning and setting up the serving area according to company standards and ensure that it is kept clean.
• Ensure residents safety by removing all walkers from the dining room and return to resident immediately upon finishing meal.
• Adhere to all food handling, food service, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Must be or become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Ability to speak, read & write English.
• Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.
