Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers.
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm, friendly approach and efficient service.
• Develop thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages per customer order.
• Assist with bussing tables, greeting guests, and delivering food to tables as needed.
• Clean assigned section and sanitize workspace per restaurant protocols.
• Provide safe alcohol service through company resources, proper IDs, and identifying signs of intoxication.
• Manage guest checkout by handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Occasionally answer phones and assist walking guests with carryout orders.
• Become knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations.
• Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service.
