Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking motivated team members for part-time to full-time roles to prepare fresh dough, bake pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality pizzas, following recipes, keeping the kitchen clean, and working closely with servers and management to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake made-from-scratch pizzas.
• Ensure only quality finished products are served to guests.
• Load and unload pizzas into and from the oven as needed.
• Follow cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each pizza size and style.
• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipe guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management.
• Maintain an overall clean environment.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and restaurant protocols.
• Safe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals.

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh dough, made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen.

• Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas
• Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests
