Hank's Seafood Columbus in Columbus, OH is seeking a friendly server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. This role requires attentiveness to guests' needs and a passion for creating an enjoyable dining experience.

You will handle allergen notes, suggest menu options, and build lasting relationships with guests while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record guests’ orders with careful attention to allergens, special requests, and noted information
• Understand menu and beverage options to make informed recommendations to guests
• Coordinate with kitchen timing to ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly
• Build meaningful relationships with guests to provide a welcoming dining experience
• Maintain good organizational skills to manage orders and tables efficiently
• Ability to carry food and beverage trays safely and confidently

This individual’s expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu. It dives deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. Requested Tasks:

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
