Job summary

Broadmead, Inc. is seeking a part-time server to provide table service in community dining rooms. The role is non-exempt, hourly, and less than 30 hours per week, reporting to the Dining Services Manager and Director.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving residents and guests, setting tables, and maintaining a clean workstation. Preferred experience includes serving tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining; will train.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience serving tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.

• Works an on-call rotation, as developed by the Dining Services Manager, with a 24/7 availability during that time to provide coverage to the community.
