Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $12.14/hr – $13.50/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.

Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely; no formal experience is necessary.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs
• The expected pay range is $12.14/hr – $13.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
