Job summary

Kingswood Reserve is seeking a friendly Server to deliver meals and create a welcoming dining experience for its residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and keep the dining area clean and inviting, collaborating with the kitchen and dietary teams to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other serving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meal Service: Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, courteous service.
• Resident Interaction: Engage with residents in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Special Requests: Accommodate resident dietary needs and special requests in coordination with the kitchen staff.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy dining environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and dietary team to ensure efficient meal service and resident satisfaction.
