Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Chicago is hiring servers who love craft cocktails, great food, and creating memorable nights. This role focuses on delivering standout guest experiences, answering questions, and guiding guests through the menu.

You'll work in a fast-paced, social environment, use TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments, and help maintain the server station. Must be 21+, hospitality-minded, and ready to thrive on a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Prior servers experience in a busy restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team.
• Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs.
• Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options.
• Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
• Following steps of service to meet brand standards.
• Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments.
• Keeping tables dialed in- everything guests need, nothing they don’t.
• Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station.
