Job summary

The Cypress of Charlotte is actively seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our fine dining team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves full-scope serving within a resort-style community environment and supports weekend and holiday scheduling with a payroll wage of $15.00–$15.86 per hour based on experience.

Position includes Full-Time and PRN options with work schedule details, plus comprehensive employee perks and growth opportunities in a warm, service-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Experience in food service work preferred but will train.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.

Position: Server, Full-Time & PRN

Schedule:

• Full Time - 40 hours per week; open availability. includes weekends and holidays. Sunday's hours are from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
• PRN: Less than 30 hours a week and includes working nights; 4-8:30pm, plus weekends and holidays. Sunday's hours are from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.86 per hour, depending on experience.
