Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to join our community restaurant in Chandler, AZ. You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver guest service at the level you’d expect in your favorite restaurant.

Your main duties include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting with drink choices, and handling opening/closing duties as directed by the community.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
