Job summary

Masonic Village at Burlington is seeking a Server in the Dining Services department to provide a prompt and courteous dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include setting up the dining room, serving functions, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.

The role requires following instructions, working independently, and complying with health and safety policies, including COVID protocols and flu vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in the Dining Services field preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients.
• flu vaccinated per CDC guidelines and Masonic Village policy

Responsibilities

• Provides a prompt and courteous dining experience to all guests.
• Sets dining room to include table layout, place setting, centerpiece, etc.
• Cleans and maintains the dining room.
• Serves special dinners and other functions as assigned.
• Completes daily posted job duties.
• Attends daily services meetings, in-services, and required training sessions as necessary.
• Always presents self in a professional manner.

FULL & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

Prepares and serves food and beverages in the restaurant. Duties include sanitation of the café and serving special functions held in the café.
