Masonic Village at Burlington is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support residents during meals in the bistros. You will help with meal ticket preferences, dietary restrictions, and ensure friendly, courteous service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, family members, guests, and staff.
  • Serves residents according to Meal Ticket preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Partners with neighborhood team members and volunteers by implementing engagement and mealtime opportunities.
  • Maintains a clean bistro kitchen by sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and cleaning bistro equipment on every shift.
  • Cleans floors and walls in the bistro.
  • Stores all tableware and other items in the proper area.
  • Properly disposes of trash after each meal.
  • Assists in serving residents in the bistros.

PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

III. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director.
  • Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with the department dress code.
  • Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
IV. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum completion of ninth grade or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
  • Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients.
  • Must comply with Masonic Village vaccination policies.
