Job summary

Courtyard Cafe in Brecksville is seeking friendly servers to join our busy team. Lunch and dinner shifts are available, and weekend work is required. We value teamwork, strong hospitality, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

As part of our staff, you’ll deliver attentive service, answer questions about the menu, and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service in an efficient manner.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu and comply with the wishes of the guest, as well as suggestively sell food and drinks.
• Work closely with Manager and Hostess to ensure guests receive excellent service.
• Serve guests and create a warm and fun atmosphere for both guests and fellow employees.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objective of the position.
• Keep wait station clean, and uphold and maintain high-quality customer service and hospitality at all times.
• Assist in maintenance tasks like trash removal and cleaning when needed.

The Courtyard Cafe in Brecksville is looking for servers. Very busy restaurant, high volume experience helpful. Must be willing to be a team player. Lunch and dinner shifts available. Must be able to work weekends.
