Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring winter seasonal Food & Beverage team members to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for guests and fellow employees.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $2.83/hr - $7.77/hr + tips
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is $2.83/hr - $7.77/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
