Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly, positive, and welcoming attitude.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive meal service.
• Maintain proper table settings, including flatware, glasses, napkins, condiments, and table linens.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for each meal service.
• Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
• Clear dishes between courses and after meal service.
• Clean tables and chairs and reset tables for the next meal.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
• Prepare for and assist with special events, celebrations, and community functions.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate resident needs or concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents, families, and guests. Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

Previous serving experience is preferred, but candidates with a great attitude and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, turning, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching overhead, grasping, and fine manipulation throughout the workday. Candidates must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
