A Bartender is front and center of where all the action is at in our restaurants. They are in charge of mixing up cocktails, providing perfect beer pours, as well as providing guests with that same memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and pour beer accurately.
• Develop strong relationships with guests and create regulars.
• Provide product knowledge in German cuisine and beverages; become a master in this area.
• Work well with others, assist in training others as needed.
• Maintain pride in the work area, keep tools and the restaurant in good condition.
• Manage costs through waste reduction and accurate pours.
• Follow protocol and standards, including the uniform policy, while serving guests.
• Speak up if quality or service is not up to standard.

Qualifications

• No degree necessary; experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, passion for service, and desire for growth.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work holidays, evenings, weekends is a plus.
• Teamwork and strong communication with guests and co‑workers.
• Current food handler’s permit or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
