Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the first and last point of contact.
• Make menu recommendations and upsell items to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address concerns.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Physical Standards

• Exert well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, and use protective hand coverings during the shift.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap.
