Health and Safety Requirements

• Ability to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four hours.
• Capable of safely reaching, bending, stooping and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift depending on flow of business.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings or masks throughout shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
