Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Gig Harbor is seeking a friendly and dynamic Server to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You will be the first and last impression for our guests, making recommendations and anticipating their needs throughout the dining experience.

Job Description

As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You must be at least 18 years old, be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Physical Standards

You must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours. You must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. You will transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. You must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. You must be able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour, plus tips. Competitive wages, Healthcare benefits, Flexible schedule, Meal discounts, Paid Sick Leave. Daily Pay (not available in California).
