Applebee's Server

As an Applebee's Server, you will be the first and last impression of guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Physical Standards

• Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, face coverings and/or masks, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift.
