Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an Agile environment or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
• Experience working with stakeholders and nearshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders.
• Aids the team and Product Owner in backlog management and sequencing.
• Leads teams to improve delivery with guided ceremonies and coaching.
• Removes impediments and resolves issues with guidance from RTE or resources.
• Collaborates with Release Train Engineer to manage dependencies.
• Coaches team on agile practices and problem solving.
• Facilitates daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.
• Supports continuous education and practice improvements within the Agile community.
