Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking Agile Dev Team Members to design, develop, test, and deploy system functionality with guidance to junior staff. You will contribute to code quality, automation, and collaboration across Product Owners and Architects to meet business needs.

Ideal candidates bring Dialogflow CX experience, strong Node.js skills, and hands-on work with Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and API integration. A SAFe mindset and commitment to agile ceremonies are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dialogflow CX delivering production chat or messaging solutions.
• Strong Node.js skills for webhook services and REST clients.
• Hands-on with Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Secret Manager in production.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into viable solutions and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Develop and test code across multiple stages; deliver working code each sprint.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in PI and Sprint planning.
• Ensure testing strategies and quality with TDD/BDD.
