POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Sergeant | Second Shift (1400–2200, M–F)
Shields Point, LLC has an opening for a second shift supervisor (Sergeant). The Sergeant will direct shift personnel to ensure that they provide a safe, secure environment for customers and employees. The Sergeant will oversee comprehensive site surveillance, credential verification, and vehicle inspections. The Sergeant will manage the regulated flow of employees, visitors, and equipment while enforcing physical security protocols mandated by the FBI Site Security Manager. The Sergeant will manage diverse security operations to protect personnel, property, and restricted assets.
