The SERE Wing Developer will coach, mentor, and professionally develop SERE Specialist candidates as they prepare for the physical, mental, and professional demands of SERE initial skills training and the SERE career field. The Wing Developer will combine extensive SERE career-field experience with physical-fitness coaching, human-performance education, mental-resiliency development, and structured mentorship to prepare candidates for successful entry into the training pipeline.
