You will perform septic pumping, grease trap cleaning, and daily equipment maintenance while documenting work and coordinating with dispatch for efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with commercial trucks or heavy equipment preferred.
• Septic pumping, vacuum truck, grease trap cleaning, or wastewater experience preferred.
• Ability to locate septic tanks and access lids or willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and around wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a commercial septic pump truck.
• Locate septic tanks and access lids using locating equipment and records.
• Pump and clean septic tanks and grease traps.
• Inspect components for damage or failure; identify signs of problems.
• Educate customers about septic maintenance and repairs.
• Set qualified repair leads and schedule appointments for specialists.
• Maintain clean worksites and proper disposal of waste.
• Complete daily work orders and document services performed.
