Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Septic / Grease Pump Technician for a direct hire in the Cumming, GA area. This hands-on field role involves operating pump trucks, performing septic services at customer locations, and maintaining professionalism with homeowners.

Ideal candidates have septic or pump truck experience, are comfortable with outdoor work, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. CDL-A is preferred but not mandatory; CDL training may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in septic, grease pumping, or related pump truck work.
• CDL‑A preferred, but non‑CDL candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Valid driver's license with a clean/reasonable MVR and ability to perform outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2,500–4,000 gallon pump trucks.
• Locate, expose, pump, clean, and inspect septic systems.
• Operate a mini excavator and tow equipment.
• Perform digging, hose handling, and other outdoor field tasks.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Document jobs and routing using ServiceTitan.

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00/5:00 PM

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Septic / Grease Pump Technicians for direct hire opportunities in Cumming, GA. Higher pay may be available for candidates with extensive industry, lead, or supervisory experience.

This is a hands‑on field technician position—not a traditional CDL driving job. Technicians operate their own pump truck and equipment while performing septic and grease pumping services at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2,500–4,000 gallon pump trucks.
• Locate, expose, pump, clean, and inspect septic systems.
• Operate a mini excavator and tow equipment.
• Perform digging, hose handling, and other physical field work.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Document jobs and routing using ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Previous septic, grease pumping, or related pump truck experience strongly preferred.
• CDL‑A preferred, but experienced septic technicians without a CDL will be considered.
• Mini excavator/equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean/reasonable MVR.
• Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
