Job summary

A Advanced Services in Auburn, WA is seeking a Septic Install Laborer for field work across surrounding areas. This heavy labor role involves excavation support, pipe installation, tank placement, and site preparation.

You will work outdoors in all weather, handle various installation tasks, and follow safety protocols with a focus on reliability and teamwork. A valid WA driver’s license and clean driving history required along with background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy manual labor including lifting, digging, trenching and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with 3+ years of verifiable driving history.
• Background check and random drug testing in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with septic system installation including excavation, pipe installation and tank placement.
• Perform heavy manual labor such as digging, trenching, grading, lifting and material handling on active job sites.
• Support lead installers and crew members and follow supervisor directions.
• Prepare job sites and perform cleanup, backfilling and site restoration after work is completed.
• Operate, maintain and clean tools and equipment; report maintenance needs.
