As a Septic & Drain Specialist, you’re more than a technician—you’re a vital part of our mission to serve customers with quality, safety, and compassion. You’ll tackle complex challenges while upholding the highest standards in service and safety.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, inspect, and repair septic systems—including tanks, pumps, and drainage fields

  • Diagnose issues and offer solutions with clarity and confidence

  • Perform new system installations—from excavation to pipework

  • Accurately document every step: inspections, repairs, permits, and installations

  • Operate advanced tools: drain cameras, jetters, locators, snaking machines, and mini-excavators

  • Communicate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution

  • Maintain high safety standards at every job site—for yourself, the customer, and their property

️ What You Bring to the Team
  • 3+ Years of Septic System Experience – Including repair, maintenance, and installations

  • Licenses or Certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services preferred

  • Strong Technical Knowledge – Septic tanks, pumps, filters, drainage fields, and codes

  • Equipment Proficiency – Confident operating excavators, diagnostic tools, and jetting equipment

  • Customer-Focused – Excellent communication and ability to build trust

  • Map Reading & Site Navigation Skills – For efficient and accurate job execution

  • Physical Fitness – Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in outdoor, labor-intensive environments

  • Clean Driving Record – Valid license required

  • Team-Oriented – Collaborative spirit with the ability to take initiative and lead by example
