Job summary

Improvado ищет специалиста по SEO/оптимизации сайтов в удалённой форме для работы с рынком США. Вы будете отвечать за техническое SEO, рост органического трафика и конверсий, а также за OKR по Core Web Vitals, стягиванию данных в GA4 и интеграциям.

Кандидат имеет 3+ года опыта, владение GA4 и SEO-инструментами, умение работать с разработчиками и маркетингом в распределённой команде. Предусмотрен удалённый режим работы, 20 дней PTO, праздники США и компенсационные программы.

Qualifications

• 3+ года в SEO/оптимизации сайтов, подтверждаемый рост органического трафика и конверсий.
• Углублённое понимание технического SEO и особенностей рендеринга сайтов.
• Опыт работы в таймзоне EST и координация с США.
• Навыки аналитики: GA4, Google Search Console и BI-инструменты.
• Умение работать с данными и готовность строить отчёты для бизнес-решений.

Responsibilities

• Владение техническим состоянием сайта: crawlability, индексация, Core Web Vitals, скорость, структура.
• Оптимизация сайта под AI-поиск и обобщение материалов для ChatGPT/Google AI.
• Контроль видимости в классическом и AI-поиске и приёмка приоритетных исправлений.
• Повышение производительности страницы, UX, шаблонов и конверсионных путей.
• Планирование и проведение A/B тестов и оценка влияния на конверсии и конвейер.
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками, дизайнерами и внешними подрядчиками.
• Создание и поддержка дашбордов, связывающих органику с лидами и выручкой.
• Контроль качества трекинга: события, атрибуция и точность данных GA4/Search Console.

Задачи:

• Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
• Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
• Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
• Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
• Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
• Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
• Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
• Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.

Требования:

• 3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
• Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
• Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
• Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
• Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar).
• You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
• Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
• Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
• Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
• A clear communicator across time zones.
