The role owns organic search and paid search programs that increase qualified traffic, improve conversion, and support pipeline and revenue goals across priority markets.
You will manage the technical and performance sides of SEO and SEM, partnering with content, product marketing, web, and analytics teams to turn search insights into better pages, campaigns, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content briefs, internal linking, and site architecture
- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, and landing-page alignment
- Audit website performance using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and PageSpeed Insights; prioritize fixes by business impact
- Build dashboards and recurring reports in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools to track rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Partner with content and product marketing teams to identify search opportunities, define content requirements, and improve existing pages
- Run experiments on keywords, ad creative, landing pages, and conversion paths; document results and apply learnings across campaigns
- Monitor algorithm changes, search trends, and competitive activity, translating findings into clear recommendations for marketing and web teams
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, preferably in a technology environment
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO platform such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz
- Experience conducting keyword research, technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content optimization, and paid search performance analysis
- Strong understanding of search marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and assisted pipeline
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, redirects, canonical tags, schema, and page-speed diagnostics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or Marketo, Looker Studio or Tableau, SQL, international SEO, B2B SaaS, and managing six-figure annual paid search budgets
