Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks an experienced SEO Manager to own search strategy for HVAC clients, including multi-location groups. You will steer technical SEO, content priorities, and the ranking story while collaborating with writers and AI tools to deliver drafts.

You’ll report on GA4 and Search Console, build a quarterly roadmap for each client, and work remotely with US clients and teams. Fluency in English and hands-on SEO experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As SEO Manager, HVAC you own search for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
