Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager, HVAC to own search for a portfolio of multi-location HVAC clients. You will shape technical roadmaps, determine content priorities with writers and AI, and guide the ranking story when clients ask what moved the needle.

You are the strategic voice at the table. You will handle technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and local/multi-location SEO, reporting in GA4 and Search Console, with quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.

As SEO Manager, HVAC you own search for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
